What Happens During a Chakra Activation Retreat?
Your chakras are energetic centers of consciousness. When they are clear, balanced and activated, you experience vitality, clarity, and deep connection to your purpose and power.
This retreat is a container for healing — a sacred space designed to help you clear energetic blocks, activate your chakra system, and realign with your divine life force through ceremony, attunements, and breathwork.
The time we spend together is guided by spirit. The only requirement is an open heart and willingness to surrender. Limited to 12 participants so that you can receive personal attunements.
Retreat Itinerary
An immersive and transformative experience taking place over two deeply healing and regenerative days. Each day includes sacred ceremony, Chakra Activation and chakra healing workshops. All times are listed in PST.

What Do I Need for a Virtual Retreat?
Set Aside Your Time
This retreat takes place over two days. After the retreat, you will receive access to a healing portal with recordings to support your ongoing chakra practice.
Create a Sacred Space
Clean and clear your retreat area. Bring in fresh elements of nature and build a small altar with an intention for the retreat. Use your intuition — we will guide you further in the opening ceremony.
Gather Your Supplies
Collect a sacred writing instrument, a beverage for the opening ceremony, a journal, a blanket, and prepare some high vibrational food to support your experience throughout the weekend.

Aimee is a Holistic Therapist, USUI Reiki Master and meditation artist. She is an educator and has been trained professionally in Integrated Energy Therapy, Angel Therapy & Crystal Healing and Hypnotherapy.
Aimee has relished in the creation of a successful holistic private practice for the past 20 years. She has helped thousands of people heal from the inside out using tools such as hypnotherapy, guided meditation, spiritual healing and energy healing. Her highly acclaimed Chakra Healing Guided Meditation and Creative Visualization Program is available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and Soundcloud.
She has helped thousands of people heal from the inside out in private practice and in sacred ceremony with small healing groups through hypnotherapy, guided meditation, Angel Therapy and energy healing. She has led chakra healing ceremonies in small groups since 2007 in Glendale, California.
Aimee enjoys experiencing and sharing divine wisdom from lightbeings, angels, ascended teachers, animal spirits, crystals, herbs and whole foods. Her goal is to educate and empower individuals to realize transcendent health.
